Manufacturing Inspection Tech

Southeast Texas HR is seeking a Manufacturing Inspection Tech to join our team in the manufacturing industry. As our Manufacturing Inspection Tech, you will be responsible for using a variety of tools and gauges to inspect manufactured pieces for accuracy and tolerances. This will be a temp-to-perm position for the ideal candidate. This job will include weekends and evenings and pay will be $20.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE

Responsibilities

• Read prints to inspect parts
  
• Inspect parts to ensure print tolerances are accurate
  
• Record inspection data
  
• Perform all other duties as directed by management
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
• 1 or more years of experience as an inspector
  
• Trade school graduate is preferred
  
• Ability to read prints
  
• Good communication and time management skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical
