RTS People is a scale-up recruitment outsourcing business, that since its inception in 2020, has seen significant organic growth. We are looking for a Solution Sales Manager to further drive our Global expansion whilst raising awareness and strengthening the strategic direction of the brand. We are transforming our Sales Strategy and the Solution Sales Manager will be at the forefront of this change, directing, influencing, and executing to generate new leads and achieve results. We are a business built on delivering on promises, trust, and integrity. Developing new business relationships in a consultative manner will be a key determiner for success in the role.
As Solution Sales Manager, you will lead the new business development for RTS People, focusing on UK and US markets. You will closely liaise with cross-functional teams to create bespoke outsourced recruitment solutions in line with new client s requirements and work closely with Implementation to ensure a smooth client onboarding process and transition. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, attending client meetings and Talent/HR/industry events to build the RTS People sales pipeline.
