Title: VRO Lead

Job Description:
- Create Blueprints
- Publish catalogs and work with development engineering teams to publish catalogs
- Create and configure VRA workflows
- Create and configure VRO workflows
- Design of automation solutions including hardware platforms, services, and operation systems.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for automation and orchestration
- Supports the existing Automation Portals, provisioning scripts.
- Identify the automation orchestration related opportunities throughout the organization
- Performance and capacity management on VMWare servers and complex health check-ups
- Perform in 24 x 7 environment in shift roaster and attend calls whenever assigned
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes
- Assume personal responsibility for resolving problems in most effective way possible within SLA reaching root cause and preventing problems
- Adhere to all the account specific technical as well as general process / procedures
- Ensure the Service Requests and all pre-requisite checks are followed diligently
Required Skills:
- Experience and knowledge in creating Blueprints, publishing catalogs, creating and configuring VRA and VRO/workflows, vRO configurations/integration
- Scripting skills (Example: Shell Scripts, Blade Logic, vRealize Automation (VRA) and/or Service now) vSphere skills
- Experience and development skills in VMware vRealize Automation (VRA)
- Experience with vRealize Automation (formerly vCAC) and/or vRealize Operations Manager (vROPs) and ability to create work flows

Associate degree in a related field from an accredited college or university, or two years of experience at the lower-level Help Desk Analyst 1 Required Experience maintaining Active Directory accounts (activating, de-activating, creating, and managing AD user groups and security levels VPN remote access configuration & troubleshooting experience MS Office and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting experience Experienced performing basic remote or in person troubleshooting by walking customers through problem-solving processes and probing questions. Experience with Service Desk application for managing IT requests Experience supporting and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, IP Phone, cell phones and various applications
