Chef Requirements:

• The chef will report to the existing GM/Chef, be primarily responsible for fabulous breakfasts and happy hours, bistro dinners twice a week, and assist with small buy-out events, while large events are catered from the outside
• Culinary management experience in a, upscale inn, B&B, boutique hotel, or upscale restaurant
• Creative and able to provide freshly-made, highest-quality cuisine using locally sourced ingredients
• ServSafe Certification and knowledge of health and hygiene standards
• Manage culinary vendors, ordering, inventory, and cost controls
• If temporary onsite housing is provided, a small dog that doesn't bark is OK, but no cats
