We are currently seeking aData Entry Specialist.The main responsibility of this position is to assist our operations team by processing and collecting records, entering data, and verifying accuracy of data.

Responsibilities:

  • Input data into an inventory tracking system and input entity changes, such as name and address changes, on a computer system
  • Perform general clerical work including filing, sorting, batching, or grouping documents
  • Retrieve documents from file documents, associate documents with existing files
  • Develop and maintain data standards, procedures, and training documents as required
  • Recommend creative approaches to visualizing association data and data use
  • Work with our billing and quality department to organize the workflow of data entry
  • Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and standards
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a data entry specialist.
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite and Outlook is a MUST
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff members.
  • Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed of at least 50 wpm
