• Achieve maximum revenue each month by maintaining the highest possible average rate and occupancy each month.
• Focus on a 70% sales/revenue activities versus 30% operational duties.
• Achieve non-revenue target goals as per Hotel targets and guidelines.
• Secure proper communication and clear status of the tenants’ documents together with the Finance Department.
• Accountable for the leasing agreement for long and short term contracts.
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
• Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis.
• Develop and direct all front office staff, as well as valet through ongoing training programs and daily reiteration of procedures.
