Job Description
1. Ensure the implementation of approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, provide instructions to subordinates and monitor their compliance. 2. Lead and control the work force involved in all activities involved in the ship aspects of the project to ensure that work is completed within allocated work hours/resources. 3. Attend VSCC, production on board meeting, department review meetings and highlight issues related to SHEQ and production if any. 4. Coordinating work progress with project managers, supervisor, and other trades and with his own department. 5. Liaise with Invoicers/Estimators to ensure business objectives are met. 6. Organizing and supervising the activities and works of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all work in a given area of activity of the departments is carried out in an efficient and procedurally consistent manner.
