Responsibilities:
> Understand business goals, long term strategic plans and day- to-day Operational issues
> To drive core HR programs such as Talent Acquisition, PMS, R&R, Employee engagement and compensation planning.
> To be custodians of policy & to drive Employee Relations
> Handle employee counselling & grievances
> Working actively on Capability building model, Retention plans and other employee centric initiatives
> To identify the needs of the employees & work towards making the environment conducive to work
Requirements:
> 2+ years experience as HR
> PG Diploma /MBA in HR
> Good Communication Skills
