About the Role:
SoftLabs is seeking a Business Analyst for ICT Labour hire at their technology consulting based in
The successful candidate will be required to work cohesively and communicate effectively with other project team staff and stakeholder
Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) or Agile Business Analysis
- Knowledge of IT systems design and development
Responsibilities and Criteria:
- Engage with customer and stakeholders to understand their goals and current processes and the effectiveness of current technology in meeting required outcomes
- Manage stakeholder engagement meetings involving customers that have unique and often conflicting requirements and
- Gather, document, communicate and manage business and technical requirements in a manner that supports internal design and development activities, and/or externally contracted
- Model moderately complex business
- Work with the development teams to continually improve Agile
- Communicate customer and developer needs regarding system improvements, enhancements and elimination of problems and inefficiencies and acceptance testing, ensuring mutually beneficial
- Assist in the development and management of a prioritised schedule of work
- Work with other business analysts and product owners to ensure applications are complimentary fit for purpose and integrated wherever
- Escalate issues and work with the team to prioritise feature
