We are looking for energetic ground staff to be responsible for administrative duties and communication with Your duties will include welcoming passengers, providing information, assisting passengers who are disabled or are traveling with small children, checking in luggage, taking reservations, and selling You should be able to promptly resolve passenger queries and ensure that all passengers are Ground Staff Responsibilities: Greeting and welcoming passengers, and responding to Checking in Making Reservations Selling airline Stocking aircraft with Cleaning aircraft after Assisting disabled passengers and those with small Providing information to Ground Staff Requirements: (Any) 10th and 12th Diploma in administration or travel, or PG diploma Freshers are Experience in customer care Excellent interpersonal Well-groomed Willing to work Computer literate Job Timing: 9AM To 6:30PM
