- Follow up on daily maintenance tasks under his sector
- Check Field Reports
- Check teams attendance
- Work on open tickets under his supervision
- Analyze time required to finish a task by field teams
- Escalate issues once problem is faced
- Check spares in vehicles/audit
- Insure PPE is always available with team members
- Check vehicle safety
- Update tickets reports
- Create Schedules as per input
- Follow up on jobs and ensure its ready for invoices
- Assign jobs to other branches when required
- Follow up with branches to ensure the job is done
- Ensure failure resolution time is within company limitations
Requirements
- Customer support
- Manage fleet of teams
- Technical support for the teams in field
- Schedules of team members duties
- Daily reports
- Follow up on all the necessities
