• Internally developed AB testing tools to understand and manage every

Your role in this journey

• Support the product management team, with the chance to have responsibility for independent projects
• Conduct user interviews and analytics, quantitative research and market research to determine features for development
• Support the end-to-end product development process, including identifying user needs, gathering requirements from UX and developers, quality testing, and conducting A/B tests before rolling out features to users
• Support with monitoring product usage and thereby help drive product decisions
• Work closely together with one of the product teams in an agile and international environment based on Scrum and Kanban methods
• Get insights into a wide range of projects, processes & tools

• Currently enrolled or recently finished studies in a technical or business related area
• An analytical mindset and ability to gather insights and use them for decision-making
• Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure they are completed according to schedule
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities necessary to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Impeccable communication skills
• Fluent English skills - written & spoken
• Previous experience in product management and/or agile ways of working would be beneficial
