Job Description
Open Position: Technical IT Support Engineer (MNC IT Service Provider)
An MNC IT service provider is currently Technical IT Support Engineer to join them in their Kuala Lumpur
Key responsibilities include:
A degree in Fintech, Information Technology or Telecommunications or any relevant
Involve in IT projects and execution of ongoing regional support
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT Support covering IT Network, Infrastructure via phone call, remote connection and etc
Develop training/development plans and conduct IT trainings to regional
Having Network Certifications such as CISCO (CCNA/CCNP) or Aruba Network or etc would be an added
Good verbal and written communication
