About the position

Main responsibilities

Led the development of corporate accounting policies, processes, and rules concerning IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), ensuring operational efficiency and achieving the organization s strategic financial

Responsible for developing and implementing the Internal Control Framework for Financial Reporting, in line with international standards and best

Design and implement an organizational structure that can support the efficient delivery of accounting and financial reporting services across the organization (Global and Regional), including the management of two separate legal

Fosters collaboration and coordination within the organization to ensure appropriate consultation, cross-functional synergy, and coordination of accounting, controlling, and financial management reporting planning and

Liaise with external and internal auditors to provide audit information on time, ensuring the implementation and follow-up of audit

Contribute to the innovation and delivery of state-of-the-art financial management reporting and responsible for the Organizational Financial Statements in both legal

Requirements

Education and requirements

Masters Degree in Finance, Business administration or Accounting

Professional certification in accounting

Substantive experience in accounting in an international organization at a global Knowledge of international standards, in particular, IFRS is required

Broad experience leading and coaching a team of diverse accounting specialists and strong client service orientation

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the Spanish knowledge will be a
