About the Role:
This Virtual Assistant role will be full-time and will be critical in podcast It will also be admin heavy in terms of the nature of The Virtual Assistant is expected to start each day ahead of the client so the client can be kept up to speed of what are the priorities for the day by the time he/she starts
- Organizing the client's day and keeping her accountable for deliverables and deadlines
- Research ( find posts that have high engagement, podcast topic ideas, best social media tools, etc)
- Taking admin tasks off the client's plate
- Documenting SOPs and updating them as needed
- Updating products on the client's Shopify store
Requirements
- Proven virtual assistance and social media management experience
- Marketing agency experience an advantage
- Experience with design software and technologies such as Canva
- Experience with social media management tools such as Agorapulse and the likes
- Experience with basic Wordpress postings
- An eye for design and what can be engaging
- Excellent English communication skills
- Highly organized and pays careful attention to detail
- Exceptional researching and documenting skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Values integrity and reliability
- Has good initiative to keep the client abreast at all times
- Ability to take clear instructions
- Getting everything done
