Requirements

• Collectively the team must have demonstrated experience in supporting a complex technical project and/or a Defence major acquisition and must have demonstrated experience with Cyber Security and/or Cyberspace Operations
  
• Collectively the team must have the ability to define, document and carry out projects or reviews, including being able to understand and discuss technical capability and technology solutions
  
• Collectively the team must have the ability to perform capability and requirements analysis, detailing the current state and determining capability needs to reach the future/intended state
  
• Collectively the team must have the ability to work with stakeholders to capture needs across the technical, process and resource domains
  
• Collectively the team must have the ability to prepare reports including the presentation of findings and proposed solutions and have a high-level proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite products including Word: styles, formatting, templates, Excel: referential formulae, financial planning and actuals records, PowerPoint: professional slide decks for Executive briefings; master layout changes, Project: schedule maintenance and analysis
  
• Very Good Communication Skills
  

Desirable:

• Demonstrated experience as a SFIA Level 5 PRMG, Qualifications and/or experience in program/project management methodologies ( PRINCE2, Agile2, PMP, )
  
• The Systems Development Management DLMG (SFIA Level 5) applicant must cover Demonstrated experience as a SFIA Level 5 DLMG, Qualifications and/or experience in system lifecycle management frameworks ( ITIL, COBIT5, ISO 27001: Lead Implementer, )
  
• The Solution Architecture ARCH (SFIA Level 5) applicant must cover Demonstrated experience as a SFIA Level 5 ARCH, Qualifications and/or experience in enterprise/technology architecture ( TOGAF, SABSA, Zachman, ) The Systems Design DESN (SFIA Level 5) applicant must cover
  
• Demonstrated experience as a SFIA Level 5 DESN, Qualifications and/or experience in technology products/domains ( computing technologies, cloud certifications, software architecture/development qualifications, etc
  
• Familiarity with ASD and/or Signals Intelligence will be highly regarded
