The objective of this role is to become a reputable source of migration service for clients wanting to migrate or work in Australia under the guidance of seasoned The successful candidate will be trained for 12 months about all relevant processes, changes or updates in immigration laws and

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and apply a complete and thorough understanding of Australian migration laws while keeping up-to-date with any changes in any of its applicable provisions
  • Advise clients on Australian immigration laws and policies
  • Recommend the most suitable visa for individual situations
  • Prepare documents or forms and lodging visa applications
  • Assist in representing clients during visa processing and corresponding with the
  • Liaise with legal professionals and other government agencies as needed and instructed
  • Assist clients with identifying and arranging local requirements
  • Mark documents with necessary notes to ensure compliance is achieved within specified timeline
  • Verify authenticity of documents submitted


Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in a relevant role within the immigrations or travel arrangement/agency industry of at least 3 years is an advantage
  • Interest in international relations and migration is a huge plus
  • Keen attention to detail with high regard for accuracy
  • Analytic and natural at problem solving
  • Excellent English skills in both written and verbal communications
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Driven and internally motivated
  • Quick and efficient learner who can assimilate quickly into the role and the industry
