In this role you will report to the Finance Committee and Board of Directors and be responsible for;
- The holding Company and 8 operating companies across APAC
- Reviewing and revising / improving all current Financemeasure and managesystems
- Reviewing and improving all finance records/ archives
- HC accounts and associated works ( filings, tax, )
- Consolidated Group accounts (each office will perform their own audits)
- Coordination / Liaison on all Company Sec matters
- Coordination / Management of HC equity matters
- Shareholdings / dividends / special rights
- License agreements / fees / collections between operating companies and HC
- Advisory on M&A activity
- Working with the board to develop strategies and tactics to implement it

Requirements
Ideal Profile
- 15 + years of relevant experience
- Degree qualified & CA/CPA ideally starting out in a Big 4 firm followed by commercial experience
- Experience in a Design / Creative / Architecture / PM consultancy firm environment is beneficial to understand the nature of the business environment - but not essential
- You should possess the ability to thrive within a start-up environment, be comfortable with asserting influence and communicating financial concepts to diverse business partners across locations
- Must have exceptional communications skills being comfortable collaborating with C-Suite / Board level
