About the Company

Our client is a fullfledged property player. Their core businesses are in property development construction and project management consultation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Group on corporate finance strategic planning and fundraising initiatives
• Lead corporate exercises from conceptualisation to completion i.e. mergers and acquisitions disposals group restructuring
• Conduct and review financial models due diligence and financial analysis on potential investments/divestments
• Prepare cashflow projections to support corporate and project funding exercises
• Able to liaise and work well with external professional parties such as bankers lawyers valuers etc.
• Assist to support the Groups investor relations function

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance/Investment Banking or similar role preferably with experiences in property development industry.
• Possess at least a Degree in Accounting Economics Finance Banking or equivalent.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and financial modelling.
