- You will be the owner of the process improvement automation by leading the automation in the BSC
- Further you will be contributing to the definition of the BSC digital strategy and roadmap, with a special focus on the Process Improvement Automation
- Implement and develop technical solutions or effectively leading the implementation by engaging with the different digital teams or external partners is the main task
- You will ensure that the digital solutions are used in a way to ensure the productivity expected by the operational teams
- Review of project proposals to determine goals, time frame, and procedures for accomplishment of the project is part of your role
- Additionally you will be planning business needs and managing budget outcomes in line with expected expenditure
- You have an University degree in Business or Technology and proficiency level of English
- Further you are familiar with different ideation techniques such as Design-Thinking and delivery approaches such as Waterfall, Agile or Scrum
- Broad understanding of the end-to-end business processes and systems in use across our organization
- Further you have experience of three (3) years in Customer Service, Order to Cash or related roles, or project management roles
- In addition you have know-how in key ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and a deep understanding of standard transaction
