Tasks

Day to Day of the role:

We are seeking ambitious and career-driven Recruitment Resourcers (NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!) to join our team in Cardiff and embark on our 1 month Induction training programme! Within 1 month of blended- learning which is delivered via online e-learning platform, podcasts, classroom training, shadowing and supported by great leadership, coaching, and mentoring -you will become a Recruitment Resourcer.

You will be working in collaboration with a Recruitment Consultant who will source the roles that you will be finding candidates for. It will be your job to source the candidates. This includes:

- Contacting new and existing candidates to create a pipeline of talent for current and future jobs

- Creating and posting job adverts

- Using social media channels and job boards for candidate attraction

- Organising candidate interviews

- Working with the Business Development consultants to ensure the candidate process runs smoothly
