- Write, develop and submit successful funding applications to foundations, trusts and other potential funders to enable thousands more young refugees to gain access to transformational education through Amala’s programmes.
- Proactively identify new funding opportunities for Amala and support the development of a strong long-term pipeline of fundraising opportunities.
- Coordinate the development of an effective stewardship engagement programme that communicates progress and impact to existing donors.
- Coordinate and execute the grant management process, including organising the annual reporting schedule and writing high quality reports on programme progress and outcomes in collaboration with relevant colleagues.
- Follow up with donor leads, preparing meeting briefs, concept notes and developing compelling presentations, proposal budgets and log-frames where necessary.
