• Collaborate effectively with all partners and ministries to ensure technical oversight and strategic direction to strengthen the implementation strategies and improving the project.
• Coordinate with the team and support in planning and implementing agreed yearly work plans.
• Provide technical support to the development, implementation and measurement of community health project interventions.
• Participate to the design, delivery and dissemination of the project activities.
• Provide technical assistance to the project team in conducting training needs assessments, and conducting the training as well as producing the training materials
• Provide technical support to the project team in updating and adapting relevant guidelines, materials and tools
• Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of the impact of the program
