Job Description :
One of the leading Toyota Dealership networks is looking for a capable leader for its operation in Northern Iraq (safer part of Iraq), with the following requirements:
Minimum of 15 years experience in automobile industry, in which at least 5 years in Senior Managerial position, handling a workforce of 80-100 members. Preference will be given to those who have experience in the Gulf / Middle Eastern countries, with official dealers of Japanese / European brands.
Excellent managerial and leadership skills, with ability to handle change-management.
High level of organizational skills in order to manage at least 5-6 Service Managers, and their team technical members, in a multi-cultural and diverse nationalities work environment.
Requires high level of interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to create service marketing concepts in order to achieve yearly targets.
Ability to prepare operating reports, financial reports and to reconcile service sales records.
Extensive knowledge of automobile service operations with ability implement technical manuals, systems and procedures, in strict controls.
Languages: English/Arabic
Able to control Grange/workshop, fleet of 180 vehicles and drivers
Qualification:
* Diploma
* B. E / B. Tech in any specialization
Salary: attractive salary will be provided by company based on your profile
