As a Reporting Analyst at Global Teams, you will drive continuous improvement by automating, refining, and implementing business intelligence solutions to replace manual efforts, provide new and faster business insights, and improve efficiencies. Part-Time, 12 months Fixed Term opportunity.
In this role you will:
Consult with internal stakeholders to understand & deliver to their requirements
Ensure items are released for testing with a minimal number of defects
Assist with product deployments, upgrades and production support issues
Work to continually improve organisational systems and processes
Serve as a subject matter expert of Power BI and other Reporting tools and provide trainings to key users on usage of the reports.
Skills you'll bring
2+ yrs. of hands-on working experience in building complex BI Dashboards and Reports using Power BI
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advance) for data input/graphing
Experience in facilitating and delivering trainings and presentations
Passion for storytelling with visualization
Ability to communicate complex technical context to all levels in the organization including business stakeholders and executives
Understanding of 'back end workings' of reporting information management systems.
Effective analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
