Responsibilities:

• Standardize and harmonize TA operations, SLAs, KPIs, governance across all
• GBS and Local Business Services (LBS
• ) organizations within AMESA. Ensure standard stakeholder experience irrespective of the hub delivering the service
• Assure within TA HR Ops & SD team the implementation of appropriate
• governance model, and ways of working
• that provides necessary proactive visibility to stakeholders and delivers quality services inline with agreed standards and KPIs
