Job Description

Responsible for managing the entire CVM operations for Post-paid Business
Responsible for Identify Customer segments to be worked upon
Design various Intent CVM programs for Segments (Like Upsell, Cross Sell, and Retention)
Implement marketing program/campaign drives to enhance CVM penetration
Identify areas of improvement and discuss with Technology teams about the enhancement of features
on platform
Track competitor activities in various and discuss relevant counter strategies with business teams
and come up with programs
