We're looking for a part-time, contract Remote Administrative Assistant to join our Direct Data team!
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Social Media: content creation & scheduling
- Generic Executive Assistant Tasks
- Email Inbox Management
- Calendar Management
- Newsletter Creation
- Client reporting and updates
- Project and File Management
- Website updates
- Scheduling
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in an admin/reception role preferred
- Good and steady Wi-Fi required
- Phone, laptop/computer, and a quiet workspace required
- Excellent reading & writing skills required
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Previous Canva/MailChimp/Design experience preferred
Hours: 15-25 hours/week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay: $18 - $20/hour
