Job Description Business Development
We are looking to hire a highly professional and skilled Business Development Manager to acquire and manage new client relationships. The ideal candidate will need to have a consulting background with business development experience in managing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify sales and business development opportunities, expand our offerings into existing accounts and identified potential clients by having a high level of understanding of client s business strategy and their requirements.
- Develop and build deep, and long-term relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Develop relevant business plans with clearly defined strategies and objectives.
- Partner closely with product management team, by driving contract winning proposals for current & Prospective Clients.
- Identify client s / RFP specific needs and draft business proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted project specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
Actively participate in the overall marketing activities and programs and contributing to marketing intelligence.
Skillset:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in business analytics, business management or similar.
- 3+ years experience in Sales & Business Developments, B2B Sales
- Detailed knowledge of industry trends and market behavior. Experience in F&B, Digital Publishing and Healthcare Industry will earn added advantage
- Deep understanding of process frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
- Identify needs and opportunities to further display ability to develop action plans, strategies, or tactics as needed to achieve success.
- Strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas and to be assertive.
- Proposal Drafting in Power Point and MS Word.
- Hands on Experience to write proposals, do presentations, and Negotiations.
