Job Summary:
The main goal of a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE is to typically interact with the customers daily through various channels and respond promptly to customer inquiries. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always. Most importantly, to have a deep knowledge of how our services work.
A representative who anticipates and resolves client concerns with the goal of exceeding each client's expectations, no matter how large or small the request. A representative who can probe and discover the needs of the customer and recommend the appropriate service and still willing to go through extensive training and continued education.
Responsibilities:
- Phone and Email Management
- Handle all customer s, client s and carrier s shipment queries (e.g. booking, quotes, tracking of shipments, checking transit time, etc.) via emails and calls.
- Update Ticketing System
- Account Generation - Setting up an account for new customers.
- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer information
- Basic Shipping and account inquiries (excludes billing concerns)
- Provide best shipping rates and complete the booking process Shipment Tracking and Status Inquiry (Proactive/Reactive)
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- 2 years of BPO, the Customer Service experience is an advantage
- Experience in shipping and logistics is a plus
- An enthusiastic individual who has a keen eye for details
- Proficient with the navigation of multiple web-based tools and Microsoft Office
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work from 6AM-3PM
