Our client is continuing to expand across Europe with multiple acquisitions and transactions, therefore require and experienced AP Specialist to join their close-knit finance department in Dublin, alongside a team of international colleagues.
- Invoice processing & handling supplier queries
- Reconciliations of creditor balances to 3rd party statements
- Processing for AP prepayment accounts, including matching prepayments against invoices
- Working closely with suppliers and customers to ensure that the P2P process is operating at an optimal level
- Communication with all departments and internal customers on invoices awaiting approval
- Ad-hoc projects involving big data, AI, process improvements, etc.
Requirements
- 2-5 years Accounts Payable experience
- ATI qualification an advantage
- Confidence and the ability to interact with all levels within the company
- Can-do attitude and interest in working with high-end accounting software systems
- Attention to detail and ability to follow up is essential
