Job Description

- Fault diagnosis
- Investigatory work and report writing
- 1st line technical support
- 1st line parts identification via emails and telephone
- Troubleshoot and diagnose most common complaints
- Manage all fashion design workshop resources under their possession and supervision
- Keep records of all resources at the Fashion Design Workshop and monitor the entire operation and maintenance of the workshop/ sewing machines and other related equipment
- Supervise, coordinate and control the usage of Fashion Design Workshop and its equipment (Sewing machines, ironing board, heavy duty sewing machines, fashion drafting facilities )
- Store, organize and keep good maintenance of all facilities/spaces used by Fashion Program such as Fashion Garment storage room/ Fashion Arena/ Fashion Drafting Studios/ Fashion Design Workshop/ Sewing Studios
- Work with the Head of Program in conducting necessary Workshop Induction to new students of ICAD
