This is a remote position.

Hubspot Specialist who would be responsible for the deployment of HubSpot campaigns to generate inbound marketing leads and working closely with the business development team to convert these leads into new clients.

JOB LOCATION: WFH

JOB TYPE: Full-time

Key Role Responsibilities
  • Work with the management team to review, recommend and implement best practice CRM processes and procedures within HubSpot
  • Oversee data integrity within HubSpot CRM through data import management, data cleanup and deduping
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity and user activity to make recommendations and deploy continuous improvements
  • Build and manage dashboards, reports, layouts, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users
  • Manage email campaigns, data, and workflows in HubSpot to drive engagement
  • Establish and manage marketing automation through HubSpot
  • Develop and implement creative end to end digital marketing campaigns, covering email creation, acquisitions and web landing page
  • Map & own the customer journeys within HubSpot, creating campaigns and workflows that support them from contact acquisition to retention
  • Leading the HubSpot onboarding processes for new clients
  • Reporting and analytics to review with clients
  • Designing email templates optional, but preferred
  • Reviewing and presenting website analytics and data to improve digital campaigns

Capabilities/Knowledge Required:

  • Experience as a Hubspot Marketing Specialist.
  • Strong experience in B2B software sales environments
  • A proven record of managing email marketing campaigns
  • Expertise in integrated digital marketing campaign planning
  • Analytical and data driven approach
  • In-depth working knowledge of HubSpot, Marketing Automation, Google Analytics, Digital Reporting Tools
  • Experience in Marketing Automation Software- HubSpot Preferred and certification a plus
  • Keep current with inbound marketing and sales strategies, best practices and associated resources
  • Experience in integration of Hubspot & Salesforce.
Desirable skills
  • Hubspot or digital marketing certifications
  • Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative within a challenging and dynamic work environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels and of various disciplines
  • Excellent oral/written communication, planning, presentation and influencing skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work on multiple assignments

Problem solving, leadership and listening skills Product and vendor knowledge (or the ability and motivation to quickly learn) Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent customer relationship skills Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns Good analytical skills in determining customers needs and offering solutions Strong organizational skills Knowledge of digital and social campaigns is especially useful. High Sales skills Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
