TPF Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a fast growing, and highly successful firm of chartered accountants based in Sevenoaks who are looking for an Internal accountant to join their, team, who will be responsible for the internal finances of the practice. This is a fast paced environment, where you will join the management team as the Practice Manager.
As a Practice Manager, the position, will be built around your aspirations and experience, but our client is ideally looking for somebody who will be happy to support them with their internal finances, where you will look after bookkeeping, management accounts, vat,invoice administration and credit control for the practice. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in ad-hoc project work.
You will be responsible for:
- General Bookepeing, management accounts and VAT using Xero.
- Invoicing an reporting.
- Client engagement letters.
- Ad hoc project work and general admin/ reporting.
This can be a full time, or part-time position, split over 5 days.
Requirements
For this Internal accountant / Practice Manager position, you will:
- Have previous experience in an accountancy practice, or professional services environment.
- Be competent with bookkeeping, VAT, invoicing and credit control.
- AAT qualified, or qualified by experience.
Benefits
- 28,000 - 32,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
- Part time or full time hours available.
- Hybrid working form home 1 day a week
- This can be a full time, or part-time position, split over 5 days.
