We are one of the most innovative young companies in Switzerland with over 200 employees worldwide. Since 2014, we have been very successfully developing and producing mobile and stationary charging stations for electric vehicles. With the Juice Booster 2, we are the global market leader in the field of mobile charging solutions. However, we are not resting on our laurels, but are constantly strengthening our market position and opening up further segments and divisions.

We are currently looking to further strengthen our team in Spain and are therefore looking for an additional team member

Tasks

  • Grow the sales and market share in the Spanish market
  • Pro-active acquisition of channel partners and B2B customers to generate new revenues
  • Maintain and develop existing customer relationships to generate additional business
  • Actively participate in sales activities and close large deals
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to the headquarters in Switzerland
  • Coordinate strategically with the headquarter on new resources, investment and marketing activities
  • Identify new business opportunities while understanding the EV industry and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • Bachelor s or Masters degree in business or technical degree with proven sales acumen
  • At least 7 years work experience in sales within a competitive environment - ideally in the producing / manufacturing or technology industry
  • Proven sales track record of successful deal makings or achievements (mainly B2B)
  • Sales management skills, channel management skills preferred as well as leadership and team coaching skills
  • High amount of drive, passion and persistance
  • High-level proficiency with MS Office programs
  • Extremely strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English

Nice to have

  • Ability to foster a competitive, but also cooperative team spirit
  • Experience within the EV / automotive / EV charging industry
  • Experience in building and managing a channel network
