The company is responsible for the production and distribution of gases in the medical and industrial fields. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our Self Service Center in Porto.
Your responsibilities will be:
Provide assistance via phone/mail/chat to agents by solving simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the indirect sales business
Guide the customers through the Webshop
Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained
Give support to the Font/Back Office team to solve customers claims
The requirements for this position:
Able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers daily
Fluent in French and basic English
Pro-active, focused on responding promptly to actions
SAP, Office or knowledge of other office software s is preferred
Able to work in a results-oriented team
Minimum required Secondary school
