Technical Manager

• To support the Project Director, Head of Department, or Senior Manager in managing the technical aspects of the projects.
  
• Perform technical submittal in accordance with the contracts requirements and specifications, and ensure that submittals are made on time.
  
• Identifying and reporting to the client or oversight consultant any differences in the contracts requirements, drawings, or technical concerns in order to have them resolved.
  
• When necessary, supervise and manage the technical solution as well as provide construction details, such as design support for construction operations and availability of temporary work details.
  
• To update on the consultant or contractors submission to the local authority.
  
• Coordinate submission requirements and procedures with suppliers and subcontractors.
  
• Take the helm of the supporting team to record design modifications and issue RFIs for job clarification.
  

Requirements

• Must hold a minimum of bachelors degree in engineering or a closely related subject, ideally mechanical or chemical engineering.
  
• At least 5 years of working experience in related fields
  
• The capacity to manage initiatives involving many disciplines.
  
• Outstanding planning, scheduling, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
