Auto Body Repair & Paint Technician

Job Description:

Our rapidly growing, Auto-Body Repair & Painting company is searching for qualified Auto-Body Paint & Repair Experts to add to our current, dynamic group of Specialists. Our methods, processes & quality expectations are beyond your typical Auto-Body shop, requiring Technicians with exceptional skill, talent & drive to be the best. This is a direct hire, full-time, long-term employment opportunity. We offer new employees 5 paid vacation days per year, Thanksgiving & Christmas off paid, as well as sick time.

Responsibilities:

Must be experienced at mixing paint and color matching / base coat / clear coat. Must be able to perform light, non-collision bodywork. Must be proficient at applying primer / Taping & masking as well as wet sanding & buffing.

Skills:

Good manual dexterity. Ability to solves problems effectively. Must be able to keep a clean work environment and work well with others. Must be a quality conscious, team player.

Requirements:

Experience with painting a must. Experience with light body work valuable but not a must. Other skills may substitute for experience.

Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Must have a strong work ethic and ability to pay attention to details.

Compensation:

• $22/HR - $30/HR, or more, based on current compensation, experience & level of skill.
