Web Developer - PHP/ Laravel

30,000 - 40,000 - Hybrid working
Web Developer - Ourclient is a well-established digital marketing agency employing circa 100 employees across three offices across the south coast. As an established leader within their niche the business offer a broad range of digital / technology services from eCommerce, web design, SaaS, SEO services to an impressive portfolio of clients across the UK.
Due to organic year-on-year growth, our client is looking for an experienced Web Developer to join our clients established collaborative Development Team contributing towards new build, enhancing and maintaining clients websites.
Requirements
As the preferred applicant you will have:
- 3+ years experience of working with PHP, Laravel, JavaScript,SQL and Git
- Front End development: Javascript, CSS, SASS, JavaScript and jQuery
- Understanding of accessibility best practices
- Excellent communication skills - internal and external
- Experienced in building websites using HTML and CSS using semantic mark-up and content
- Able to research and integrate with 3rd party APIs
Desirable - not essential skills:
- WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal
- AWS
- AA and AAA accessibility standards
- JS libraries (React, Node.js)
- Adobe suite (XD, InDesign)
- Test Driven Development
