Software Developer

WRK digital are partnered with one of the UK's largest Building Society's who are seeking a .Net Software Engineer to join their expanding team. They are entering an exciting period as they invest in their digital transformation journey as well exciting greenfield projects.

As a .Net Software Engineer you will have a passion for engineering seamless API Integrations and leveraging Azure platforms to build robust and scalable solutions with C# to support the core platforms.

You will work as part of a talented team, where you will receive hands-on guidance and mentorship from experienced software developers, software architects and tech leaders to help accelerate your growth and development.

This is a remote opportunity with 2 days a month required in the Yorkshire based office.

As a Software Developer, you will have:

• A strong proficiency in C# programming language.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Hands-on experience with developing solution for Azure services, particularly APIM Management, App Services, ESB, EventHub
• Familiarity with RESTful, SOAP, messaging design principles and standards.
• Proven experience developing APIs and integrating systems in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of integrating with third-party APIs, back-office systems, and databases.
• Good documentation Skills, and a capability to write clear and comprehensive API documentation to facilitate integration for other developers.
• Experience in CI/CD and building deployment pipelines.
