(Industrial Park) Mandarin Senior HRGA Manager

• Responsible for the upload, release and delivery of materials reported by various projects and departments
  
• Managing documents and various qualification certificates.
  
• Ensuring the inventory of office supplies, and form a statistical table of office supplies at the end of the month.
  
• Responsible for the supervision of staff dormitories, staff canteens and vehicles
  
• Responsible for employee recruitment, employee entry, resignation, regularization procedures, and employee salary and attendance settlement.
  
• Managing labor contracts, the signing of relevant contracts
  
• Responsible for the establishment, filling and management, transfer and change of employee social security accounts.
  
• Responsible for the reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of salaries, bonuses and various welfare expenses.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, human resources or psychology related majors
  
• Having 6+ years related working experiences, especially HR and GA related tasks
  
• Experienced handling HR department is a must
  
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) language for writing and speaking
