This company is starting to produce phone switches, and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools, but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Developing the sales strategy to achieve targeted microwave sales revenues
- Building relationships with customers to discover their business objectives
- Identifying new market opportunity to increase the sales performance
- Providing competitive analysis on microwave selling solution to increase microwave market share
- Managing and nurturing the existing accounts
- Building solid relationships with customers at various levels in the organization
- Educating customers on solutions along with the planning guideline
- Participating in microwave project bidding by providing the competitive and deliverable microwave solution and quotation to support the sales execution
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from Telco, Computer, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years working experiences in ICT company
- 3+ years sales experience in telco field
- 2+ years of wireless domain or microwave solutions
- Having knowledges on cloud core solution, business model, and Indonesia telco marketing
- Open for Malaysian and Indonesian nationalities

- Bonus Scheme : Performance (up to 6 times salary) depends on company profit and individual performance
