Responsibilities:
- Atleast 7 years exp.
- Provisioning and on boarding of the site parameters onto the platform
- DDC Controls programming, Graphics design, Database creation, sequence of operations for Lighting and HVAC, and Configuration in Metasys
- Configured Client system in Soft Jace and Web supervisor for data logs and analysis.
- Performed the tasks of Delivery manager and senior program manager in designing HVAC and Systems for retail projects, responsible for planning and coordinating with the design phases of HVAC engineering work, performing calculations, and developing designs for air conditioning systems, performing tasks in reviewing, checking, planning and in scheduling work activities.
- Programming & Commissioning: Installation of controllers, field devices, System Integration, and Troubleshooting. Software programming of supervisory & unitary system controller.
- Hands-on experience in SCT,CCT application, implementing PID logics to enable the AOs, scaling of Field sensors, Troubleshooting, etc
- Metasys application installation and upgrades and troubleshooting etc.
- Expert in UBMS applications installation and troubleshooting
- Metasys certification is a must, knowledge of Iconics
- Experience in coordinating with India based Offshore team
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Identifying new growth, enhancement opportunities and 3+ years of experience in account mining
- Experience in Architecting and guiding the team technical
- Excellent written and Verbal communication
- Created and executed energy reduction plans and cost savings analysis showing different energy conservation measures (ECMs) based on analytic findings and using software modelling tools
- Energy audits, gathered data, analyzed utility bills to prepare energy baseline and benchmark against similar buildings to measure scopes of improvements.
- Developed a preliminary plan for the energy management system.
- Prepared detailed HVAC system upgrade and replacement specifications incorporating high-efficiency systems
- Monitored production equipment and HVAC systems. Audited energy during shutdown periods and took necessary action to correct deficiencies. Reported results to plant staff.
- Extensive experience with technology and data center infrastructure of Energy platforms.
- Exceptional skills in spreadsheet analysis and energy savings calculations
- Developed innovative energy-saving programs in collaboration with program and technical personnel.
- Collated program team input in suggesting energy conservation program designs.
- Analysis, Fine tuning, and implementation of logic for Demand limit with the use raw dump data.
