For our client, a full services Offices & Co Working Center with various locations across the world, we are looking for a Office Manager that will work closely with new and existing clients, help in solving issues and make sure they are fully satisfied. Position is based near Basilix.

As a Office Manager,you ll be fully in charge of the operation of your Office Centre. You ll manage and motivate your team to build a great working place to ensure guest are happy and loyal.

What will you do?
  • You will supervise the reception area and public spaces
  • You will great and welcome guest upon arrival and escort those attending a meeting
  • You will show around the facilities to daily users and to futures guest by understanding their business needs
  • You will assist guest with basic IT/AV requirements
  • and many more


Requirements

  • You have experience in managing operations
  • You speak English + Dutch or French (if you bring the 3 it is even better)
  • You are a multitasker, able to anticipate issues and guest need
  • You know how to manage and keep motivated your team towards great guest service and experience
  • You are agood communicator, used to dealing with guest
  • You take initiatives and know how to quickly fix issues if happening
  • You are a positive and enthusiastic person
  • You are comfortable using MS Office and other basic IT tools
