Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Digital Assests
- Experience in different Blockchain implementations, such as Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche etc
- Deep knowledge of Blockchain protocol implementations, consensus algorithms, tokenomics and technology tradeoffs
- Good understanding and experience in development of Smart Contracts, DAOS, NFTS etc.
- Good understanding and experience in designing Dapps and Web3 solutions with MetaMask, Infura, Alchemy etc
- Hands on experience in at least one Smart Contract technology, such as Solidity, Rust, Go etc
- Good understanding of cryptography and its applications in distributed identity, encryption, and trust
- Experience with tokenization, digital assets and understanding of US regulatory landscape and trading systems would be a bonus
