On behalf of a real estate investment firm in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Financial Reporting Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have worked with Yardi from a reporting perspective.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the investment team to improve reporting capability based on the needs of clients and individual investment managers.
- Working on Yardi outputs for quarterly management accounts and ensuring these are accurate. Working with head of Finance to finalise these in advance of sending to clients.
- Liaise with Yardi on new technological upgrades and changes.
- Work with the investment management team to ensure tendency schedules are input to Yardi and reconcile rent balances to property agent reports.
- Monitoring outputs to ensure they are accurate and user-friendly.

Requirements
- Qualified chartered accountant or equivalent.
- Experience in using Yardi or other property management and financial reporting tools an advantage but not a necessity.
- Strong business acumen, demonstrable interest and understanding of investments and financial markets.
- System implementation experience highly desirable.
- Knowledge of IFRS and how it applies to Irish entities.
