Starting Salary: 25- 28k DOE + Commission

Our client is a growing Mortgage & Protection brokerage based in Chadderton, Oldham, with an aim to provide exceptional service to clients across the country. They are conveniently located to the motorway network and close to the Metro-link system. Free parking is available on site.

Our client is looking for a Mortgage and Protection Adviser with at least 1 years experience and who is CeMAP qualified and presently holds CAS. They would also like someone who is used to advising and carrying appointments over the phone and via video call.

The Role

• Identify customers financial needs and advise them on the best products that suit their requirements.
  
• Ensure clients understand the products and services offered and the process.
  
• Complete customer interviews by appointment and on-demand and make sales that meet customers needs.
  
• Look for opportunities to attract new customers and professionals.
  
• Deliver a professional and credible service and ensure your knowledge is always up to date.
  
• Working towards sales targets and always knowing how you are performing against these.
  

Skills & Experience Required

• CeMAP or other industry-recognized qualification
  
• Experience as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser
  
• CAS
  
• Willingness to learn new skills.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Outstanding levels of customer service
  
• No lender/provider/insurer panel exclusions which prohibit a whole of market approach
  
• Experience of 360 Lifecycle and Twenty7Tec a bonus but fully training will be provided
