CryptoCurrency CRM Manager

This is a remote position.

We are looking forCRM Managerfor CRYPTO market:

• Plan, implement, analyze, and continuously optimize all CRM journeys and ad-hoc campaigns going out to the players who use crypto as their currency in gaming accounts
  
• Continuously working on improvement of player conversion and retention within the crypto market
  
• Perform A/B testing of automated CRM campaigns as well as ongoing ad hoc campaigns to find the best approaches to operate within the market
  
• Regular competitor research and analysis, to stay up to date with the latest trends within the market
  
• Create a knowledge base of welcome offer performance, player onboarding campaigns, various retention automated journeys and their performance within the market, as well as specifics of promotional tendencies within the market
  
• Cooperate with other departments product team, design team, analytics, to build the best performing and converting campaigns for Crypto players
  
  

Requirements

• A candidate should have at least 1 year of iGaming experience within CRM, or similar role in crypto related environment crypto trading, forex or similar
  
• English fluent

• Person should be a team player, willing to share the knowledge and also willing to learn
  
• We are looking for someone able to manage his own project, collaborate with the team, has good planning skills and has an eagle eye for details
