Job Description

We solve our customer's emergencies and problems around their household. No matter if infestation with pests, a broken key, or a defective glass pane. We have already successfully established ourselves in private households and small businesses. Now it is time to apply our service to the B2B market. As a Business Development Manager you will build up our B2B branch, acquire and maintain large contract customers, while continuously improving our product together with other project teams.

Tasks

  • Drive the customer acquisition strategy for a new line of business
  • Develop new contract customer relationships through various channels, such as outreach, networking and keeping up to date with key associations across the industry
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve our product
  • Identify and onboard strong potential partners in the industry that the business can collaborate with, with the aim of delivering positive commercial results
  • Work closely with other cross-functional team members to turn customer needs into a fantastic customer experience that will lead to repeat business
  • Negotiate contracts with new customers
  • Manage and improve acquisition pipelines aided by CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in business development, B2B / B2C sales, partnership management or other relevant fields
  • Native German speaking proficiency and very good English Skills
  • Strategic view: seeing the whole picture and long-term opportunities
  • Analytical, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Customer-centric and growth-oriented mindset
  • Ability to translate customer feedback into product features including fact and relevance check
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Hubspot, analytical tools, such as Excel or Tableau and presentation tools
  • Experience in the real estate or insurance industry is a plus but not required
