We are looking for a hard-working, upbeat, and driven individual to join our awesome team as a Customer Service Associate.
To be successful, you must have a positive attitude and pick things up quickly. Kaliber Global is a small but fast growing company in the eCommerce space. Working as a team and being engaged every single day is critical to the success of the Customer Service department and the company as a whole.
The CS team primarily handles emails and chats regarding troubleshooting, order information, product information, returns and replacements. The core duties will be handling all things customer service related, including but not limited to:
- Answering customer emails
- Live chats with customers
- Acknowledging and addressing positive and negative seller feedback
- Sending follow up emails from prior assistance provided to ensure satisfaction
- Reaching out to customers who have left negative reviews to help them out
- Filing cases with Amazon Seller Support
- Other tasks that fall under the customer service umbrella or as asked by other departments
- Performing data entry, creating daily/weekly/monthly reports, and updating spreadsheets
- Assist Manager and Lead with research and other support as needed
Job Requirements:
- Must have previous non-voice Customer Service experience
- Have previous experience and knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
- Excellent written skills with proper spelling and grammar
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Ability and willingness to admit when you do not understand or cannot do something and immediately ask the team for assistance
- Must have reliable devices and internet connection
- Must have flexible schedule and be willing to change online hours as needed and do over time for at least a few weeks post Christmas
